Illustration costs can vary widely depending on what is required. As a guide, here are some standard pricings we use. These are the starting prices and additional costs can accrue with additional requirements.

Basic Cover – $50  (customer supplies art/content or content easily obtained from free for commercial use sources)
Custom Colour Cover – $300  (art sourced [purchased] and composited or created)
Black & White / Greyscale illustration – $50 per page – (created in pencil &/or ink at A4, scanned, retouched and fitted)
Colour Image (simple) – $100  (few objects, minimal background. Image created in greyscale and coloured)
Colour Image (detailed) – $200  (multiple characters and/or detailed background required)
